All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product complexity.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays.
3. Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, Ella’s House of Cuteness is no longer responsible for the package. Responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Ella’s House of Cuteness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Ella’s House of Cuteness is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed during transit. If an issue occurs, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and coordinate with the carrier if needed.
